Monthly membership is $10 USD. Annual membership is $100 USD. There is no free trial. ParcelIQ does not offer refunds.

How to subscribe
Sign in, open Pricing or Choose a plan, and complete checkout with PayPal. Payment method details stay with PayPal; ParcelIQ stores membership status and payment history needed to unlock features.

Cancel anytime
Cancel from your membership account pages. Future billing stops; you keep access through the period you already paid.

Failed payments
If a renewal payment fails, ParcelIQ may keep access for a short grace period (3 days). After grace ends without a successful payment, paid features lock until you renew.

After membership ends
Saved watchlist and search data may be retained for up to one year after access expires so you can renew without starting over. Public search remains available.

Manage billing
Use Membership / Account pages for status, history, cancel, and renew. Update the payment method in your PayPal wallet. See Payment help on the account pages if something looks wrong.
